Special Needs Care Jobs in Burns Lake

We are looking for someone to come to the home in Burns Lake during the middle of the week, Tues, Wed, and Thurs, 3-6 hours a day. Possibility of additional on-call work Mon/Fri. Our son has a mild developmental, speech, and possible cognitive delay, but is showing signs of learning and growing more every day. He is very sweet and non-violent, occasionally gets triggered by random things (doors closing, unhappy with food on his plate, etc.) We need help primarily developing his communication skills, meal-prepping and feeding him consistent meals he likes (maybe identifying more meals too), and keeping him safe, as he likes to climb on things he shouldn't.
