We are looking for a hard-working and responsible caregiver in the heart of Thornbury for a 79 year old female. We would like someone with a few years experience and references. The following services are needed: Personal care (bathing, grooming), Companionship and Mobility support. Potentially meal preparation or housekeeping to support the patient’s spouse. Patient has been in a significant MVA, with a humeral fracture and full body contusion and pain. Previous knee replacements bilaterally and lower leg features. Hours are flexible, preferably morning or afternoon. Daily ideal for a few weeks; reducing once able as appropriate. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi looking for help with our Mom who has recently been diagnosed with a rare form of dementia. She is in great physical shape, fine with toilet and bathing etc. Language decline (both ways) and now can not drive. She has a great support network but it's getting to a point where it is not right to rely on friends to be responsible for looking in. Right now we are looking for someone who can check in with her, run errands with her and cook with her so she has some ready made meals at hand. To help her get used to the idea of someone helping her out and providing some stable companionship. As she declines our needs will get greater.
