Home Health Care Aide Private Residence Olds, AB. From $3960 (5 days/week), $4700 (6 days/week) monthly salary Seeking live-in support for a senior woman in need of care. Duties may include: Companionship Meal prep and meal planning Light Housekeeping Personal care (grooming, toileting, bathing, and dressing) Medication reminders and assistance Monitor and report changes in clients physical or mental health to clients family Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals Errands such as grocery shopping and doctors appointments Qualifications: Registered Health Care Aide or Nursing experience in Canada or other country or Caregiving experience (preferred) Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or assisted living facility (preferred) Drivers’ license (preferred) Great written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals First Aid (preferred) Clean Criminal Record check Non-smoker Proof of ability to work in Canada Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
