Competitive hourly rate, predetermined schedule. Supervision overnight to avoid falls and monitor incontinence. Experience in preparing meals, and assisting in showering of lady. No dementia of either senior. Nice supportive family, living out of town. Experience with night shifts an asset. Close supervision of mobility (with walker) very important. Need to speak and understand English very well. Use of smartphone important for communications. Solid references required. Proof of adequate Covid Vaccinations required.
