Attention: mobility support to/from washroom in middle of the night

Just collecting information right now: is there availability for personal home care in the middle of the night? My parents live in Carman, Manitoba. My mom has limited mobility, still recovering from recent hip replacement surgery, much arthritis and bursitis, and wants my dad to help her with getting in / out of bed and to/from washroom in the middle of the night. He's 85 and she's 80 and she's very proud. She's also not been walking much for several years now and has very low muscle tone or strength.
