Care giver needed for 1:1 in home care approximately 25 hours per week, located 60 kms south of Calgary. 2 week scheduled rotation available with some flexibility. Hours include some evening and weekend hours. Duties include assistance with shower, dressing, personal hygiene, medication, and meals. Daily basic physiotherapy stretches with arms, legs and lungs. Patient is a 58 year old male with a degenerative condition who lives with his wife. First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license required. Looking for someone who can blend in with our home life and help navigate day to day living. The right person for our home needs to be easy going, have a family friendly sense of humour and able to handle both high activity and low activity days. We have 2 very friendly gentle cats.
