Hello, I am searching for a caring dog sitter/trainer. I am getting a 10 week Tamaskan puppy at the end of May. I live on a 12 acre property with a fenced in acre out front and 11 acres of trail in the back. I am an RN and work from home 10 hour shifts on an emergency health line from 2 p.m.-midnight on weekends. I need some assistance in the beginning until I sort out what the puppy's needs are and until he is old enough to be on his own in the fenced in area. I don't want to crate him for too many hours. I am looking for someone to help me get to know the puppies needs and how to manage them while I am working. I would like to meet this person ahead and will pay for a meeting and to have them get to know my property. I want the puppy to feel safe on my own property rather than taking him out somewhere. If would like to hire someone who has an understanding of puppy training and for us to use the exact same strategies for consistency. I had a dog many years ago and am reading about training strategies but have no recent experience.
