We are seeking a full-time, live-out housekeeper/personal assistant for multiple semi-formal residences located in Bolton, Ontario. The ideal candidate in this role must have strong attention to detail, is honest, hardworking, and enjoys taking initiative to get things done. You also love to clean and take pride in your work! This is an opportunity with excellent pay for someone who is experienced and committed. Making sure each home is in tip-top shape, you will be very hands-on, with cleaning as your main priority, and running some errands from time-to-time, and generally assisting with making things happen for this extended family. Position Responsibilities: Maintain overall cleanliness of three (3) family homes and satellite offices. Perform a variety of full cleaning and housekeeping activities for each family home such as: dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, bathroom cleaning, dishes, changing linens, etc. Perform full laundry duties such as: sort clothing, load washing machines, dry, and iron and fold dried items. Empty and clean trash bins on a weekly basis, disposing of trash in a sanitary manner Conduct quarterly deep cleans and reorganizations when necessary Assist with wardrobe management on a seasonal basis Run errands as required Flexible to assist with events on an occasional basis Record telephone messages and greet visitors as needed Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: You MUST have recent professional housekeeping experience, a reliable vehicle, good driving record, clean criminal background check, and legally entitled to work in Canada Previous experience working in a semi-formal residence required Superior housekeeping and laundry skills with a clear understanding of various products and cleaning tools Genuine interest in professional housekeeping is important Ability to work independently or in a team Attention to detail is a must Proficient English verbal and written communication skills Highly efficient to get multiple tasks done in a timely manner Good attention to detail with the initiative to take on additional tasks not assigned Strong level of discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times Professional appearance required
