Experienced, Reliable, and trustworthy house cleaner needed

Hello, we are looking for a hard-working housekeeper who will help us clean our rental property after rentals. Typical cleaning days are Sundays, with a few exceptions. Busy times are Jan - Mar, then sporadically over the spring, and pick up again for the summer and fall months. Required tasks are laundry to change on bedding, dusting, vacuuming and washing of floors, cleaning the bathrooms, and spot-cleaning as needed. We do not rent to "party people," typically just families and couples. Average cleaning time is 5-6 hrs. The ideal candidate already has experience in cleaning.
