Hello! We are a friendly family of four—mom, dad, and two wonderful kids in grades 4 and 2—along with our small, friendly dog. We live in a beautiful home in the Canyon Heights area of North Vancouver and are offering a spacious bedroom in our legal suite. The suite includes a private bedroom, full kitchen, private bathroom, and separate laundry. All utilities are included.
In exchange for $500 rent, we are seeking (45-50 hours in a month) of housekeeping / cleaning help. The rent and work exchange are flexible and negotiable. This is perfect for a single lady who already has a part-time or full-time nanny job and needs a place to live at a very reasonable price and deal. Additional babysitting or extra housekeeping may be required, with either extra pay or deductions from the rent.

I am looking for a reliable housekeeper. I live in a large house (6,000sqft) in North Vancouver on a public transit line with my husband (who works out of the house all day), my school aged son, and my two year old. I do not work and am primarily home midday with my 2 year old.
I am looking for someone to clean the house everyday and reset it from the previous day. This would include but is not limited to: unloading and loading dishwasher, washing dishes, vacuuming, mopping. Other tasks would include things like washing the windows, cleaning appliances, making beds, sorting and doing laundry. The key requirement here is also that the candidate has intuition and can figure out where things go and how to maintain my organizational systems. This is mostly self-guided work, I do not like to micromanage but will provide a list of things to do outside of the ordinary if needed. Thanks!
