I need help keeping up a 3800 square foot 3 floor home. It has 3 full bathrooms and a powder room three bedrooms and a "library". It is carpeted on the top and lower floors with hardwood floors on the main level. No children - 2 adults 2 cats and 1 dog (very friendly). My preference is to work with a cleaner every other Saturday both putting in 4 hours to wipe down all kitchen surfaces/cupboards including all granite counter tops, dust throughout, change 1 bed, clean all washrooms as needed, certainly it will entail the master ensuite and the powder room - the other two likely only a quick surface wipe re dust and clean the toilet to prevent water staining or mineral buildup as they are not ususally used. Vacuum throughout the house and wash the main floor. Once every 6 months an extra day will be booked for sealing the granite countertops and cleaning any appliances as needed. Another day will also be need for cleaning windows and venetian blinds (dry cloth cleaning only). The house is less than two years old. If I cannot find someone for Saturdays to work with me then I will need to book someone likely for 4 hours a week or 8 hours every two weeks to maintain. Must have references, must be bonded
