Hello, my name is Sylvia and I am looking for a housekeeper who will help me on a weekly possible biweekly basis and ideally already has experience in cleaning and organizing... and importantly on a budget. Looking for someone to help me with services such as organizing, unpacking, decluttering, moving items to other rooms which requires lifting, carrying and going up and down stairs because I recently moved, and could lead to cleaning one cat litter box and multiple bird cages added to regular housekeeping duties, mostly main floor which has 1 full bathroom, a kitchen and living-dining room combo. Will need a one time steam cleaning of 12x8ish area rug followed with regular housekeeping of mostly hardwood floors. Also need one time cleaning of fridge and stove plus cleaning inside and out of windows done in fall-early winter. Can you also help with weeding front and side yards? can pay separately for outdoor services or maybe a 2 person team, one for indoor and 1 for outdoor work. There is a lot to be done and I'm on a budget so this will not be done all at once but the goal is to have someone come in weekly once everything is in it's place. Need someone flexible to do what is needed which means each shift you could be doing something different and most likely won't follow a cleaning list or chart most companies go by, at least not until the first part is done. We would also be working together until the organizing is complete. Hopefully we can arrange a payment that is suitable for both of us and I will allow you to inspect my home so you can update any estimate given to me or refuse the job for whatever reason. I have some hoarding tendencies so having someone experienced would be an asset. I did get rid of 20 plus truckloads prior to the move so it shouldn't be too difficult, so hopefully I didn't scare you away from applying. Trying to minimalize is one of my goals. I am looking to fill the position for a long term housekeeper in Chesley. This position requires twice weekly visits with varying hours according to what is required at the time. Typically 2-4hours per visit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Washing dishes & countertops, ovens, grill tops and appliances (inside & out). • Washing and putting away laundry (paying close attention to care instructions of delicate fabrics), making beds, organizing closets / drawers, thoroughly cleaning washrooms and windows, standard sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing etc. The successful applicant must be: • Pet friendly • Available to start immediately • Trustworthy and bondable • Able to provide references (relevant work experience and character)
