Responsible cleaner in Blue Mountains L9Y wanted. You will be responsible for cleaning the entire house and ensuring no damage, parking passes where they belong, leaving a welcome note for guests, wash/dry linens (and sometimes that means back to your place because it will take 2 to 3 full loads and you won't have to be at the house that long for cleaning, check hot tub chemicals (can teach you this part), clean the hot tub sometimes. We can discuss all of this. Property management means doing small repairs or letting my repairman know a repair is need, quickly responding to guests questions or problems, running errands if needed.
