I am a registered nurse and my husband is a registered massage therapist. I have a set schedule and work 12-hour shifts, while my husband typically works 9-3 from Monday to Friday. That said, there are some days each month in which our schedules overlap and we require childcare for our sweet girl during my husband's work hours.
