Hello, we are looking for help that isn’t in the normal Monday-Friday 8-4 that we seem to only be able to find. This is why we are trying to look far in advance! We both work shift work on the same shift. This consists of 2 days (6am-6pm) followed by 2 nights (6pm-6am) then 4 days off. We sadly don’t have any family help available to us. We are looking for primarily the night shifts which would just be putting them to bed and ensuring everything is ok over night. And ideally we are hoping for a daycare spot which in that case we would need help with drop off and pick up during our day shifts. We are flexible with dropping off our child or having someone stay here. We also typically get a lot of summer time off and usually take most of December off for Christmas. We know our schedules well in advance as well as our time off. If this is of interest please reach out to discuss! We also have 2 dogs at our place that are super friendly but important to note!!
