We are looking for someone to care for our two children (ages 2 and almost 4). It would be consistently on Tuesdays and Saturdays with the hours being between 4-8pm. Both Pete and I work as paramedics, so we work in shifts. Our work hours are normally 7-7 days or nights, with the possibility of overtime. We are looking for someone to cover crossovers on these two days. Due to the unpredictable nature of our job, the caretaker would have to be ok with the possibility of overtime occasionally. We live in Wartburg and you would be responsible to get yourself to and from our home to care for our children. We are looking for a caretaker to start the first Tuesday in January, 2023. The commitment would be until April 1st, 2023 with the possibility of continuing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervising dinner time (meals will be made by us), bath time and possibly putting them to bed on the rare occasion that we have lengthy overtime. Our children are very active and love to play. Our 4 year old has a ton of energy and they both would benefit from someone that would be able to take them outside at times or actively play with them in the house. They also enjoy activities like colouring, crafts and reading books.
