Nanny live in or out needed for a 4yo and 1yo in Neerlandia

Starting next summer, our family needs nanny care for our two boys on our acreage. Both of us are Professional Pilots and are gone on different days and nights throughout the month. We need someone who is comfortable driving on winter roads, and willing to stay in our nanny cabin as live in, or their own place as live out. We’re outdoorsy and have lots of fun things to do around home!
