Experienced Full-Time Nanny Needed for a baby, and occasional toddler in September

I am looking to have an experienced nanny take care of my 1 year old which will include: making/giving bottles, playing with toys, putting to sleep, reading, feeding, occasional bathing, diaper changes, walking in the stroller and the occasional outing. My older toddler (3) will also be home 1-2 days a week which you would need to also care for which may include but not limited to the above duties. You would be responsible for picking up my toddler from daycare a couple of days a week, and caring for her from 4-5pm each day until I am done working. I work from home, so I will occasionally be available for the kids for play, meal preparation and for pickups. I am looking for someone who has experience working with both babies and toddlers who is animated, loves pretend play and is interested in teaching them some light education (simple preschool level). I am looking for someone who would enjoy taking them out for activities a few times a week - I can provide the vehicle for this but the right person would need to have transportation to/from our home for work each day.

We are looking for a caregiver that has experience with infants to provide in-home care for our son who will be 4 months old. We are hoping for someone to come to our home to care for him and keep him engaged. Reliable transportation is needed, as we will outside of the bus routes and would require that the nanny be able to attend different activities with the baby (likely when he is a bit older) We are flexible with the length of care, meaning that if we were to start care part-time in March leading to full-time May - September, we may be able to make that work until our son starts at a 12-month program. This might mean its a great opportunity for a student. Alternatively, if it's a great fit, we would continue with nanny services instead of going into the 12-month program.
