We're looking for a professional and experienced nanny to help take care of our six-month-old daughter. This is a live-out, part-time position that offers an hourly rate of $18 - $23 (depending on experience and qualifications) and starts in August/September. Your work hours will vary from 20 to 25 hours per week and your day will typically start at 7am and finish at 11am or 12pm, Monday to Friday. Ideally, we're also looking for someone who has a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional hours outside of this. You must have a valid CPR and First Aid certification, as well as demonstrate relevant and excellent childcare experience and, specifically, be knowledgeable about infant development, needs and growth, age-appropriate activities, healthy and safe sleep routines and practices, nutrition, etc. You must also be fluent in English, and have a clean criminal and driving record and a valid driver’s licence. Your responsibilities will include preparing baby food, feeding, changing, bathing and playing with our little one, keeping an eye on her during nap time and ensuring her general well-being, health and hygiene. In addition to childcare responsibilities, light housekeeping duties will be required, and cuddles and playtime with our furbaby will be much appreciated :)!
