We are looking for a nanny who would like to help us out with 3 children while 1 parent attends a conference. Dates is Oct. 30 - Nov 3. Be available from about 8 AM to put oldest child on the bus (to be determined when bus routes come out). Take care of other two children throughout the day with some light housework and laundry. - care will vary slightly on a 3 week rotation based on my husbands work schedule but all hours are between 7:30am-5pm (Monday-Friday). Week 1 is ###-###, week 2 is 1pm-5pm, week 3 is 730-3 and then repeat. - I work from home and am still nursing so I do come down from my office for nap time - we are a mostly plant based family and I do most meal prep for my sons meals but some help while my son naps would be greatly appreciated - we practice gentle/respectful parenting (we have boundaries, don’t worry it’s not a free for all around here) and it’s extremely important to us that anyone caring for our son provides the same care as we do - background/security checks and references would be required Please let me know if you would be interested in chatting further!

I work shift work and my wife works from home so she will be able to support and answer any questions if necessary.
