Looking for a female caregiver for 21 month old twins following two shift workers schedules (12 hour nights and days + commute time) for 3-10 days a month. Because we don’t require full time hours but have a sporadic schedule, the ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule with no other full time commitments and be seeking supplemental income rather than a full time level income. Must be available for early mornings (0530hr start), evenings (2000hr arrival home), and weekends. Monthly hours will vary from 35-100h but our schedules are mapped out until the end of December at which time we can evaluate everyone’s happiness with the arrangement and discuss continuing. We have two large German Shepherds so someone comfortable with large dogs would be required. We value healthy food, outdoor time, no screens, attachment style parenting and learning by experiencing life hands on. The successful candidate will be comfortable incorporating all of this into their days.
