Hi folks - Our family is looking for an in-home child care provider to look after our 2 year old during the work-week. We are flexible on number of hours and number of days, if we can find the right fit. We are looking for someone who is warm, nurturing and caring, with prior experience taking care of a toddler. You would be responsible for the emotional and physical well being of the child, along with snack and meal preparation. At a minimum, we'd like you to ensure that things are tidy by the end of the day, in terms of the child's toys/clothes, and that you've done (at minimum) the child's laundry from time to time (as needed). If you're able to do a bit more, open to discussion (e.g. preparing 'next-day' lunches for our 7 year old, supporting dinner prep, light housekeeping from time to time). These latter tasks are Tier 2, compared to the core goal of taking care of our little one. Ideally you would have a few years of experience, references and be able to bring yourself to and from Bobcaygeon on your own, as well as be able to drive the child to local amenities..Please send us a message if you are interested in talking further!
