Ideal Schedule: 15 -20 hrs/week 2-3 full 7.5 hour days per week 9am-4:30pm Mon/Wed/Thurs Our son currently takes 1 nap a day around noon that lasts 1.5-2 hrs. So the daily structure revolves around that. Usually we do a morning activity of some kind, getting outside and then home for a snack and unwind before nap. After the nap we usually do another snack/meal and then try to get outside again. Indoors, we involve him in the tasks of home and kitchen in an age-appropriate way. So far we do not use any screens, with the exception of video calls to family members. We also limit our own use of them in his presence as much as possible. So we are looking for someone to be engaged in a tactile hands-on way, playing with him and his toys, reading books, preparing snacks and meals together, and going outside. Currently he loves playing with playdough, building blocks, his babies/stuffies, reading books, cars and trucks and being outside. Our son wears diapers so candidate must be comfortable with diapering :) We will be working from home some days in the office and some days will be out of the house to work elsewhere.
