Hi there, we are looking to potentially hire a nanny to look after our 9 month old starting in November. I say potentially, because I am currently in the interview process for a new job. If I get the job, I will be working from home, 9-5, Monday-Friday. My husband works those same hours, but from an office . Meaning, we would ideally be looking for someone to work 7-8 hours a day. Since I would be working from home, there would be an hour long lunch break sometime mid day.
Experience working with babies is not necessary but preferred. The ideal candidate must be ok with large dogs. Thanks!

We are looking for a reliable, nurturing care provider for our family starting immediately in Cowichan (Sahtlam area). We have three kids (1, 3, 5 years old) and are looking for full-time Monday-Friday in-home care.
The successful applicant must meet the following requirements:
Childcare Experience: At least 6 months of full-time training in a childcare program (ex. ECE) OR a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Infant CPR and first aid training
Criminal record check
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (will be reimbursed per km for driving with kids to/from activities and school).
Fluent in English

Duties include:
Actively engage with children in educational and social activities within the home and community
Provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children
Supervise and care for children (weekdays between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Drop off and pick up at school
Prepare meals
Light housekeeping - laundry, tidying, etc
Competitive Compensation will be provided. We would prefer live-out, but are open to live-in if circumstances align.
