We are looking for a live out nanny for next year September 2025 at $21/hour in the Cranbrook BC area. Start date and hourly rate negotiable. We would have an 18 month toddler and also have 1 small cairn terrier dog. We're looking for a reliable and awesome person to join our family and take care of our little guy while my husband and I both work. There is some flexibility in days as my husband is sometimes home, due to working an on-call job but ideally this would be full time hours Monday to Friday.
We're looking for someone who is active, would take our little guy outdoors, to the pool, playground and enjoy doing things with him. We love a hands on approach but we are also ok with some screen time. I am currently looking this early on due to a child care crisis and wanting to try and set something up for next year.
I am also open to family sharing with another as I know childcare is hard right now. If you're open to this please also reach out.
Needs would include, some meal prepping/feeding the child, some pet care and potential for household light duties but not set on that. Mainly just looking for childcare and things such as letting our dog out to pee and putting some kibble down for lunch. Maybe including him on a walk if you go somewhere outdoors but this isn't needed if you're not comfortable with that.
