I have had 4 years working with an elderly woman.
I have assisted in dressing, grooming and caring for her.
I have helped with light household
duties, washing, ironing, cleaning, light gardening, companionship,
transport, organizing and dog
walking. I brought, menu planned, cooked most of her meals, stocked
the freezer. I transported and
accompanied her to appointments,
ran errands, household shopping,
organized social outtings. I was a
friend, care giver and support.
