| Hello! I am currently a UWA student majoring in Medical Sciences and Exercise and Health, and in the direct pathway to medicine. Upon completion of my Undergraduate degree, I will commence my Doctor of Medicine in 2020. I studied in the rigorous education system in Singapore for 12 years, completed GCE 'O' Levels, then studied in Monash University Foundation for a year and did the VCE examinations, prior to coming to UWA. So I completely empathise with the struggles of studying and stress! I would love to create an informal, fun, positive, and effective learning environment for students. Friends describe me as someone optimistic and cheerful. I aim to encourage students who resent math/science to love it again and to do well in it! I also tailor my delivery in teaching according to students' strengths and weaknesses so that they can benefit maximally during tutorials.
