| From a professional standpoint, I was a Training Manager for two years and my current role requires training/mentoring in various capacities, so I have a good grasp of adult learning principles. In secondary school and university I mentored younger students and assisted with tutoring. Plus lots of practice helping my own sister at home, who is 7 years younger than me! My degree is in psychology.
