| In the 20 years of teaching, I have mentored many students into becoming successful learners. I have actively supported them into their future education pathways. I enjoy the rewarding nature of my role. I recognise the importance my flexibility plays to adapt to my students to meet their learning potential. I enjoy the meaningful relationships I build with my pupils which scaffold the students into successful independent learners.
