I am an experienced civil engineer, with 15+ years experience tutoring maths (privately and at tuition centres). I specialise in Year 10 Maths, and Year 11/12 Maths Methods, and statistics to University students.
- Attended All Hallows private Brisbane girls school, achieved Very High Distinction in Maths B and C (Maths Methods and Specialist Maths equivalent) and Chemistry
- Studied dual degree in Civil Engineering (with Honours) & Business Management at The University of Queensland
- I really enjoy helping students gain confidence at problem solving. My approach is about breaking down concepts to make it easier to understand, and instilling in students a systematic way of thinking through problems
- I am patient and reliable, and I have helped students from private school captains, mature-age students, to those seeking entry into army/police etc. I have experience tutoring students on the spectrum and with different learning needs, from schools ranging from Lourdes Hill, St Josephs (Terrace), Aviation High, Churchie, Indooroopilly State High. I tutor students remotely from Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, I am familiar with the curriculum in all states. I have helped C students achieve B+, and B- students achieve A+.
