| I am a fully qualified Art and Design teacher, who has worked with a range of children varying in different needs including special educational needs also. I am adaptable to different requirements/situations that come my way, approachable and I have an incredibly calm and warm demeanour. I am enthusiastic and would love to make sure your little loved ones are supported and feel safe. I have done various courses besides my teaching degree including safeguarding/ transitions (when children move schools etc.), and in depth training into specific needs such as PDA, ADHD, SEMH and ASD. My previous job before I did my teaching degree was working with students with autism at a special educational needs school. I am patient and extremely emphatic. I am from the UK and have been enjoying my time in Australia and would love the opportunity to carry on working with children whilst I explore the place I am currently living. I have a working with children number and have been DBS checked multiple times (UK).
