| I have been in the child care, disability, and welfare industry my whole working life. I have worked in Child care centres, in schools as an integration aide and as a family day carer, where most of the children I cared for had disability's. Current experience includes: ASD, ADHD, OCD, ODD, challenging behaviors, Seizures, Downs syndrome, Mental Health, Sensory Processing disorders, Anaphylaxis, intellectual disabilities, type 1 Diabetes, gender identity, experienced with peg feeding, basic sign language, manual handling, Risk assessments. I built a wheelchair accessible home and own 2 wheelchair accessible cars. I can offer overnight care, social groups, individual programs, community access and respite. With training I can follow through with OT, Speech and physio plans. Looking forward to getting to know more people.

| Degree early childhood education and special educational needs. Worked as a behaviour intervention practitioner. Grew up with family members who have special needs. Love laughing, doing puzzles, cooking, going on outings or plain relaxing.

| I am a disability and community services support worker with at least 15 years experience. I also have personal disability experience of 26 years, in a caring role. My highest completed certificate is Diploma level and currently still studying training & assessment.
