Support and care worker
|
My name is Sonia,(31y)and just arrived in Perth for my 2 year w&h experience. While I did my farmwork in my 1year to expand my time in Australia, I would love to have a job where I can follow my passion this year.
For several years now, I am very happy to get in touch with children and/or adults with special needs.
Since the age of 14, I regularly take care of children of neighbors and friends of the family.
During those little jobs I realized quickly that I would love to take care of others and support them where I can.
I did also Au pair job for 10,5 months in France. After graduating I decided to study for a psycho-educational social care worker.
In 2014, I did an internship at the Protective Workshop Eupen“Beschützende Werkstätte Eupen”, where I took care of people with disabilities.
After my positive internship, I got a job there as a project and team leader.
Working with people with disabilities fills me with joy.
I also worked in a rest home for elderly people and supported people with Alzheimer.
I have experience in working with children and adults with a disability as well as supporting elderly people.
Do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
I would love to meet you!
Sonia
