Additionally, I meticulously follow the client's care plan and maintain detailed documentation of activities in a logbook at her residence. I find great fulfilment in my work with this client as I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. Furthermore, I actively provide mentorship to help my client initiate conversations with others, explore new interests, and foster an environment conducive to open and supportive communication.
