I'm Tamika, an emergency department nurse with plenty of experience in the medical field. I'm a happy go lucky mumma bear of 4 children (2 with a unique charm of their own) that have given me not only knowledge but personal experience with children that need a little extra love and support. This has also made me appreciate having an extra set of hands when I needed some down time, because let's face it; the carers need care as well.
