| I have worked across the disability sector in England for 9 years, I have experience working with autistic adults specialising in challenging behaviour and mental health and also across a residential setting for deaf teenagers and young adults. I have also worked closely with individuals with epilepsy, Down syndrome, fragile X and MS. I feel very strongly about each individual having tailored care to meet their needs and enjoy getting to know people and seeing what I can do to help improve their quality of life during my time working with them.

I have long patience and a pure love and respect for these children. I have a brother who have Autism Spectrum Disorder that I took care since he was a baby and I am working hard to also for him. Growing up and witnessing how mostly people see these kids makes me want to work hard and build a inclusive school that will show how smart and gifted these kids are.
