| Hello family and carers, my name is Ruth. I am a 30 year old mum of two special needs children. I have been caring for my two children as a stay at home mum. Now i feel the need to give back my experience as a carer to others who need my support. I also have experience working with the elderly and special needs people specifically ASD, mental health, blind, ADHD/ADD. I have alot of emphaty and understanding for special needs because I've cared for my own family over the years, which includes my grandmother who had Alzheimers, my nephew who has psychosis and my two children both on the ASD spectrum, one with severe autism. I also have a lot of empathy for special needs because it's close to my heart.
