| I studied social welfare for 4 years in University in Japan. After working as a customer service industry for a decades, I came back to the industry I have a big passion. I’ve been working as a support worker almost for 3 years and a teacher assistant at special education schools for a year. I learnt positive behavior support for children with disability at the school job. Communication skill with nonverbal children helps understanding each other. Everyone is different and I love learning new things. I’m a good listener, kind and a hard worker.
