| For the past 2 years I have worked as a receptionist and Allied Health assistant for a paediatric occupational/ speech and equine therapist clinic. Here I have worked with children aged 2-12 with anxiety, ADHD, ASD and down syndrome. I have worked along side occupational therapists and speech therapists in individual therapy sessions and group settings. I have completed my Diploma in community services and currently completing my certificate 3 in Allied health assistant. I have life experience with children with ADHD and trauma backgrounds as my mum has two aboriginal boys in her care aged 3 and 4. I have been highly involved in the care if these boys and have known them both since birth. These boys and my current employment have given me the skills and knowledge I believe I need when working with individuals with disabilities. My passion is working with children and helping people within the community.
