| I have 4+ years being a support worker my role is to provide assistance and support individuals with disabilities. Help them with daily activities, personal care, and promote their independence. I also provide emotional support and ensure their safety and well-being. As a support worker it is a rewarding role where i can make a positive impact on someone's life.

| Ive provided care for an elderly neighbour for the last 3 years, I am studying counselling and intend to obtain certificates in individual support and/or community services. Ive gained insight and some experience through a family I have been friends with of around 6 years, whose children have varying special needs ranging from vision impairment, autism, developmental and cerebal palsy.

| Deliverance Health Care is unique to other providers. Going through the NDIS process should bring relief. understanding a plan can be complicated & confusing. So many providers promise so much but rarely provide. Families shouldn’t have to advocate for better services & staff for time to recover. There was a need for a better system of care & support so we built a service around staff that wanted to not only provide dedicated care for clients but also the flexibility to cater to ever changing and unpredictable needs in disability care. Although the NDIS has many guides to help, understanding what could be provided, fees & charges was incredibly difficult & different across all care providers with some having no transparency at all.
