| I've lived with pets since I was 2, I'm currently 29. I had a PawShake account for 2.5 years, 4-5 stars for 45 references and 23 repeat clients. Unfortunately someone gave me a 1-star review for not walking her short-hair dog in the pouring rain without a jacket. We played fetch in the undercover yard instead. She called PawShake to complain about my services; they removed my account and told me never to contact them or make another account again. I still have some private clients from PawShake that decided to come to me for pet care because they and their pets know and trust me.
