| I have two cats but grew up with dogs… I would love to add a rescue dog to our family however, we rent and have five teenagers that may overwhelm a new addition. I have a friend who walks a dog and finds it helps the dog's anxiety. I also suffer ptsd from the loss of my mother to Covid complications and it was suggested dog walking could be therapeutic both ways.
