I can do all domestic chores including cleaning floors, bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, laundry and can help out with taking clients shopping or doing their shopping for them. I can also help with respite and take care of a loved one whilst their carer can go out for a while. Nanny experience caring for babies to young children, including children with Autism and medical needs.
