My task in the company varies from week to week. I have been handling 3 positions for the past months as I am keen to learn in new areas. In my position I am delivering exemplary customer service at all times. Ensuring all WH&S procedures are adhered within the Department. Perform key responsibilities such as maintaining grooming, customer service, cleaning, paying attention to details, adhere to policy and procedures, possess a sound of knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, attending training programs as required, report any maintenance issues, lost property, guests’ complaints, performing task/instruction as directed by management.
