I love working with kids and being on an understanding level with them; I know how frustrating it can be to not get something and I want to help them get past that and become passionate about learning. Having received a band 5 in both advanced English and extension English in the year 12 HSC, as well as a band 6 in music, I feel I am not only capable of sharing my knowledge but also passionate with helping others discover their own potential. Both of my parents are primary school teachers and I am currently in my 2nd year at UOW studying a Bachelor of Creative Arts: Music (with some English electives) and to follow, a Masters of Teaching. I've got a lot of experience in working with kids as a vocal tutor at the South Coast Music Camp and at Milton's ArtFest, as well as having done a few babysitting sessions. Sessions will be cool, calm and collected and getting around obstacles will be a breeze.
