Growing up I was always behind in school. I was too embarrassed to ask for help and I never had the support I needed. One teacher changed my life, simply by offering the support I needed. Sure it took a lot of work but in the end, I achieved all my goals and graduated with a perfect IB score (IB45) (equivalent to an ATAR 99.95). I studied Chemistry, Biology, and Psychology at High Level (HL) and French ab initio, English Language and Literature, and Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches at Standard Level (SL). I know the importance of children getting support when they need it, and the importance of being pushed past the ordinary. I am currently enrolled in the Double Degree Medical Program at the University of Sydney. For my Bachelor of Science, I am double majoring in Neuroscience and Immunology and Pathology. I am passionate about Medical Innovation, and I have published research on Antibiotic Development for Antimicrobial Resistance. In my free time, I like to read, paint, and go to the beach.
