I have graduated high school in 2021 with IB score of 42 (out of 45) (the equivalent of 99.20 in ATAR). I can confidently say I am particularly strong in mathematical/scientific subjects, as I have successfully received 7 (out of 7) for IB Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches HL, IB Physics HL and IB Chemistry HL. I am currently studying Bachelor of Advanced Computing (Honours) (Research and Development) at Australian National University. I strongly believe that Mathematics is, after all, a sophisticated way to express our thoughts like any other language. With this mindset, I am willing to make sure my students truly understand the essence of a mathematical concept rather than simply memorising it without understanding 'why' and 'how'. This way, they can truly be better at Mathematics, which will inevitably lead to an improvement of their score, rather than simply chasing for a better score.
