My name's Emma, and I am currently a student at the University of Queensland. I am in my second year studying for a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). I am passionate about mental health and the public health sector, this is the main reason I chose to commence the course. I graduated from Lourdes Hill College in Hawthorne in 2021. I was in the top 30 of my grade, receiving a 96.05 atar. In my graduating year, I took Chemistry, Biology, Math Methods, Literature, Legal Studies, and SOR, with my best subjects being literature, chemistry, and biology. Given the recency of my graduation, I am well-versed in the year 11-12 curriculum; however, I am open to working with a range of age groups (preferably 7-12). With many years of experience in hospitality, I have gained excellent knowledge and interpersonal skills. I am a considerate and understanding person with an awareness of all types of people and learning styles. I am flexible with my hours outside of uni and my part-time job and am open to the following times: Monday afternoon-night, Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, and Saturday anytime. Happy to travel by car to accommodate for those wishing to receive tutoring at home :)
