Hi there. My name is Ciara and I’m a 25 year old primary school teacher from Ireland. I’m in Sydney for the year on a working holiday visa. I’m taking a break from the busy classroom but still enjoying teaching just in a different environment. I have a bachelors degree in education with a specialism in special education (teaching kids with additional learning needs). My passion is Literacy, reading and writing. However, I am open to explore other areas of the curriculum too. I have over three years teaching experience in the classroom and have tutored kids since I was about 16 years old. My age range would be from 4 years old to 12. I gain lots from one-on-one teaching as it’s individualized and very rewarding watching my kiddies climb over those hurdles and reach their goals!
