Hi! My name is Beatriz and I am Spanish. In 2019 I arrived to Australia with the desire of knowing the country and travelling. However, I liked it that much that I am going to stay here for good and make a new life. I have two Bachelor Degrees – Speech and Language Therapist and Psychology- and an extensive working experience. When I graduated, I moved to England and through all the years that I lived there, I worked in different settings but all of them related to mainstream education and special needs education. I've experience working as a support worker, special needs teaching assistant and private Spanish tutor. Also, I worked in childcare as an Educator. I want to provide enriching opportunities for children to explore their surroundings, discover the world and themselves. I want to support their creativity and their imagination and I want to teach them meaningful experiences that help them grow as children. I would love to foster the child’s curiosity about discussion topics by encouraging them to ask questions that will lead to an enquiry exploration. At present, I am working in hospitality but also as a casual teacher aid in a school in Wodonga.
